形态描述
体高，较侧扁。腹鳍后方的腹部有一皮棱。头小，吻钝，口端位，无须。鳃盖膜与峡部相连，咽齿一行。侧线完全。尾鳍深分叉，下叶长于上叶。
生物学
The oriental bream is a delicious food fish, and usually nhabits in the slow current or backwater. It spawns from May to June among waterweeds. It is found in Europe and Xinjiang, in China.
